Exchange and Return Policy

Exchange and return policy:

- You can exchange and return products within 3 days from the date of receiving the product within the Kingdom only.

- Products to be returned or exchanged must be in their original condition without removing the attached product information card or stickers on the products, and must be in the original packaging and unused.

- The customer does not bear the shipping costs if there is an exchange or return in the following cases:

2- Breakage or damage to the product resulting from an error by the shipping company.

3- The product is broken for any other reason.


- The customer bears the shipping costs if there is an exchange or return in the following cases.

1-The customer chooses a product other than the one he wanted.

2- The product is no longer suitable for him.

3- The customer no longer wants the product.
